1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlowHire (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FlowHire provides AI-powered recruitment tools including candidate screening, CV analysis, outreach generation, and hiring pipeline management. The Service is designed for employers, recruiters, and job seekers.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious content or attempt to gain unauthorised access
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data
- Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
- Use candidate data for purposes other than legitimate recruitment
- Share your account credentials with third parties
5. Candidate Data & Employer Responsibilities
As an employer, you are the data controller for candidate information you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal basis (e.g., legitimate interest or consent) to process candidate CVs through our platform. FlowHire acts as a data processor on your behalf.
6. AI-Generated Content
Our AI tools generate content including candidate scores, outreach messages, and cover letters. This content is provided as a recommendation and should be reviewed before use. FlowHire does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid features are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Free trial users receive limited access. When the trial expires, continued access requires a paid subscription.
8. Intellectual Property
The FlowHire platform, brand, and all associated content are the intellectual property of FlowHire. You retain ownership of data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for providing the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
